Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times We currently ship within the UK. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days (if available)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen delivery method.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
